Figuring Out Digg

Digg is a social network news outlet. It is sophisticated enough anyone can figure it out and post news feeds for the whole world to see. The thing about “DIGGing” is that other Digg members can say they “digg” the news feeds you supply and then the links you add to Digg grow in popularity as more and more people express interest in what you recommend. The more diggs the greater approval rating—so to speak—and higher prominent placement your dugg links get. It’s pretty cool. Keeping up with it… now that might be a challenge.

Which way am I leaning?

Well, I’ve been testing Flock out today, and I’ve gotta say it’s shaping up pretty good for an unheard-of web browser. I experimented with Opera for the spring this year and my experience there wasn’t as pleasing.

Still, I like all the browsers I’ve tried for their unique qualities. All of them have what makes them different from the rest. Continue reading
